The Nièvre gets digital
Semply.Digital has been Nièvre Tourisme’s communications agency since 2014. As such, it manages activities in several areas: social media, customer relations and digital advertising.
The Nièvre regional tourism board, ADT 58, has a digital communications team. The agency’s role is therefore to help produce content (generating ideas, developing typologies for posts), provide training on additional fields of expertise (tagging plans, new social media formats, etc.), and manage social networks (focusing on reporting and analysis).
In the field of paid online advertising, Semply.Digital manages different types of campaigns, including Facebook Ads, display and Google AdWords campaigns. In 2016 alone, the agency launched two RTB campaigns, which resulted in nearly 45,000 visitors to the destination’s website.
In 2014, the ADT 58 began focusing on customer relations management. The agency has provided advice and support concerning the implementation of tools to better understand clients and encourage pre-bookings. These tools include downloadable themed guides and landing pages with marketing automation solutions.
