THE SEMPLY DIGITAL SURVEY

How do French tourist destinations use social media? Answering this question is central to understanding the future of tourism marketing. Benjamin Atlani and Semply Digital, in partnership with the IMPGT (Université Aix Marseille, Chaire Attractivité et Nouveaux Territoires), surveyed fifty people working in community management for tourism destinations in France. The results of this study are presented in this book.
